Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, NC. This assignment lasts 13 weeks and starts on July 13, 2026.

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Cardiac Telemetry experience required.
• EPIC charting system experience required.
• Focus on cardiac patients:
  Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmias.
• Secondary focus on respiratory problems like COPD and pneumonia.
• Pass/Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Cone Health with a 2 attempt limit.

• Previous Charge Experience preferred.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required.

• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood Product Administration
• Central line care/management
• Feeding tube care and management
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• IV insulin protocols
• PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
• Pre/Post Cardiac Cath
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
• Renal failure management
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Telemetry
• Titrate Cardiac drips
• Titration of Insulin drips
• TR Band
• CVP monitoring
• Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test

• COVID-19 Vaccine:

• Flu Vaccine:
  Required. Medical/Religious exemptions only.
• License in hand required with submission.
• Education Verification through a third party is required; limitations on accepting education from specific schools.
• Background Check:
  Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check.
• Local radius: 50 miles. No locals accepted. Submission must include current driver’s license to confirm address for local rule.
• All travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed.
