** Self-scheduling with unit needs consideration; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period; 1:2 patient ratioHighlights

• 12-bed specialized Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) focused on complex neurological patient populations
• Advanced critical care procedures including CRRT, bedside EVD management, and arterial line monitoring
• State-of-the-art Baxter pump technology and comprehensive Cerner documentation system
• Dedicated unit support staff including unit secretaries and technicians to support nursing care
• Opportunity for professional development in neurocritical care with focus on post-thrombectomy, TPA, and neurosurgery patients
• Flexible self-scheduling system balanced with unit operational needs

• Current North Carolina RN license or eligibility for licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• ICU nursing experience required
• Neurology ICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience caring for post-thrombectomy, TPA, and neurosurgery patients highly desirable
• Competency with CRRT, external ventricular drain management, and arterial line monitoring
