American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring cardiac telemetry experience and NC or compact RN licensure.

• PCU unit with 1:5 patient ratio
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• No call requirements
• Floating required to any Cone Health campus as needed
• Epic EMR used, experience required

• Active NC or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• Experience with management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Experience with peripheral line care/management and PICC line management
• Experience titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Must pass compliance EKG exam (two attempts allowed)
• Valid driver's license required to verify address

• Responsibilities include management of dysrhythmias, titration of cardiac/vasoactive drips, and peripheral/PICC line care
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates within this radius accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO must be submitted with application; no post-submission RTO accepted
