About the Role:

As Medical Director, you'll:

• Provide clinical leadership and help develop medical protocols and standards of care
• Mentor and support DVMs and support staff
• Lead by example in practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
• Foster a positive team culture with a focus on communication, accountability, and collaboration
• Partner with hospital leadership and Western Veterinary Partners on strategy and growth
