This position will operate out of Goodwill’s Home Office located at 1235 S. Eugene St., Greensboro, NC
.

Hours

Position is full-time, averaging 40 hrs/week. Work is generally conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly, non-exempt position, $20-$22/hr depending on experience and education. Benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k plan with 5% match, and educational assistance plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews, inspects, and audits a variety of records to assess compliance with processes and quality standards.
  • Collects, maintains, and organizes data from multiple sources.
  • Tracks, reports, and follows up on audit findings and prepares trend analyses for management review.
  • Analyzes data to identify process improvement opportunities from audit results.
  • Develops and provides technical assistance and training to staff on quality assurance matters.
  • Monitors changes in regulatory, funding, and accreditation requirements.
  • Supports implementation of new and revised internal controls.
  • Maintains CRM database, including creation of reports and workflows to meet department needs.
  • Develops departmental scorecards and supports business planning efforts.
  • Creates department invoices and billing records.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Additional secondary education or training in business management or related field preferred.
  • 2-years’ experience in a related field required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or data management training highly preferred.
  • Excellent skills and understanding of office software/technology. Must have strong skills in use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Pre-employment skills assessments will be utilized.
  • Excellent researching, organizational, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to independently negotiate competing priorities and facilitate productive relationships with diverse teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
