Your Impact As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive operational excellence, reduce defects, and support customer satisfaction through consistent product quality.
This position is assigned to a weekend shift schedule working Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This role provides essential quality support for manufacturing operations during weekend production activities.
What You'll Be Doing Inspect and test raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify quality concerns, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare reports as required.
Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with internal and external quality audits and maintain quality documentation.
Provide guidance and training on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the facility.
What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Quality, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, or similar).Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using measurement tools, inspection equipment, and quality reporting systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Commitment to safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work a weekend shift schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility to support training, meetings, or business needs as required.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to occasionally lift and move materials in accordance with established safety guidelines.
