The Digital Specialist position is a management level position where you are responsible for all the digital business of our eatery. This will include being an expert hand on online ordering specialist during the week (lunch and dinner), and responsible for the successful execution of all catering orders, including their delivery and setup. You will be working directly with our Head Coach (general manager), Lead Kitchen and other managers.
It is a requirement that you have a driver’s license and vehicle (reliable transportation) for this position.
We have a healthy online ordering business which accounts for over 40% of our daily business each day! Along with this, we are on multiple different catering platforms where we receive multiple catering orders per week and are growing. In our local region, we have been chosen as 1 of 5 restaurants that Cone Health has carefully selected to be placed on their catering list which is an exciting venture for our store!
We are looking for someone who can handle the many different sales streams of our digital business and find ways in which they can help us grow it as well!
$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Responsibilities- Work a minimum of 5 days per week during lunch hours as our online ordering specialist completing all online orders and third‑party delivery orders.
- Ensure that orders get out on time and with 100% accuracy.
- Work may also include dinner shifts and line shifts.
- Complete or delegate the completion of catering orders.
- View our catering platforms to review orders and communicate with management on upcoming orders.
- Organize catering orders.
- Ensure proper delivery of orders.
- Follow up with customers who ordered 24 hours.
- Build the catering business.
- Perform all other management level tasks and responsibilities required for in‑store operations.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurants and food service and catering.
- Bring a bright, positive and vibrant attitude to work.
- Give above and beyond effort.
- Willing to learn and are coachable.
- Willing to take initiative and take on tasks without being asked.
- Take pride in the work that you do.
