We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
  • Understand and execute prep sheets and recipes properly.
  • Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate needs during the shift.
  • Follow FIFO standards and understand product rotation.
  • Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift.
  • Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exhibit teamwork.
