Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet standards, and ensure quality service. Your role involves problem-solving with a smile, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner, and help maintain a safe environment for all.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
- 50-Hour Work Week.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds.
