Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly, while also maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team, working alongside them
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing or walking for 80% of the shift
- Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
