Greensboro Country Club is opening our high-end restaurant and is looking for fine dining servers in the Greensboro, NC area to join our team.
Our fine dining restaurant will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner service. Additional hours are available for events and other restaurants on site. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER
As a Server, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working in our restaurants. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. When members arrive, you greet them by name and make them feel welcome. As an expert on our food and menu, you are able to suggest choices that our members will enjoy.
You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.
After serving our guests and members, you check back with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to providing great service, you keep our tables and dining room clean and organized. You also handle opening and closing duties required for the shift you are working. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. You look forward to coming to work each day and enjoy working at a country club that delivers delicious food in a beautiful environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
Country club and/or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you a quick learner who can become a master of our menu?
