What to Expect:

* Fast-paced, high-energy work. You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts-so take those breaks to recharge!

* Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone's back, and get the job done-together.

* Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine-we've got Dutch gear to help!

* Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).

* Reliability. You'll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

* Training & Development. We'll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $15.65 per hour
