• Greet customers and proactively support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory, and replenishment guidelines.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidential company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Collaborate with teammates to support store operations and cover tasks as needed.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking and perform tasks at heights greater than 4 ft using ladders or aerial lift devices.
• Perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
