• Retail

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role crucial to our team’s success. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, selling our automotive services, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless visit. You will also handle transactions accurately and efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Pay Range: $14.73 – $22.04

• Actively pursue sales opportunities.

• Engage energetically with every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
