New Home Advisor​/Sales Agent

Overview

New Home Advisor / Sales Agent role at Mungo Homes in the Triad, NC market. This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community, showing communities to prospective buyers, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts.

• Show prospective clients available properties within the assigned community and answer questions regarding construction, financing, amenities, and availability.
• Participate in training for self-development and to improve sales techniques.
• Promote sales of properties using marketing collateral and sales techniques.
• Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.
• Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable in the local real estate market.
• Pursue continuous improvement toward overall sales goals; meet or exceed performance indicators and goals for the Sales Department.
• Resolve late payment issues.
• Review product designs for continuous improvement; manage prototype development in the assigned area.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area; comply with all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  One to three years of related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
• Computer Skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); KOVA software (preferred).
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  North Carolina Residential Real Estate License.
