• Up to $10,000 new client account credits
• Up to $5,000 new account donation credits
• Up to $400 gift cards for business‑building activities
• $10k fast‑start bonus per month for 12 months ($120k first year)
• $2,500 first week training pay (first five days)
• $500 per virtual appointment bonus (no limit)
• Up to $1,500 per week for minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment
• 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped
• 40% to 59% of the profit margin after 90 days

• Minimum three years direct technology sales experience
• Experience selling AI, cloud, data center, virtualization, and security solutions
• Strong track record of securing new commercial accounts with 250+ employees
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, excellent communication skills
• W‑2 employment, U‑2, H‑1B, and other work authorization accepted

• W‑2 employment with medical, dental, HSA, and 401(k) retirement plan
• Industry‑leading commissions, bonuses, and promotional opportunities
