Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Automotive Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle options.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential leads to drive sales.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and beyond.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
