Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Have a high school diploma, GED or military service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Be self‑motivated and drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.

• Starting hourly rate of $24.04/hour during a 10‑week training program.
• Base salary with commission potential after route assignment.
• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek with no nights or weekends.
