Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for the Greensboro area to drive sales of advanced surgical reconstruction products. The role involves managing territory sales goals, training healthcare providers on product usage, and developing new customer relationships within the medical device sector.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals and profitability targets for assigned territory
- Provide on-site technical support and training to surgeons and OR staff on product usage
- Develop new customer prospects and grow existing account relationships
- Advise customers on product offerings, pricing, order status, and company policy changes
- Attend customer meetings and industry trade shows to represent company and gather market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years business-to-business sales experience; medical sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and planning skills
- Valid state driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Ability to travel at least 60%, including overnight travel
- Local to Greensboro area; no relocation available
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening requirements
