As a Security Officer - Logistics Entry Desk in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors.

• Assist with access control procedures to help deter unauthorized entry to the logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by addressing inquiries and offering direction as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure and orderly environment.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
