• Experience:
  
  You know tile inside and out (marble, porcelain, and more)
• Skills:
  
  You can use all the tools of the trade safely
• Safety First:
  You understand basic safety measures
• Detail-Oriented:
  You're organized and pay attention to the little things
• Problem Solver:
  You can think on your feet and handle stress
• Tech Use:
  You can use apps on your phone
• Blueprint Reader:
  You can understand layouts and plans
• Math
  
  Skills:
  
  You have basic math knowledge

• Follow instructions and install/repair tile the right way
• Finish projects on time and to a high standard
• Have the right tools for the job
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with the sales and design team to give the customer what they want
• Work with the install team to keep things on schedule
• Turn in paperwork and send photos before/during/after for our files

• At least 2-years tile experience (floors, walls, showers, and more)
• Liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Valid driver’s license
• Come complete an application and show us photos of your past work
• Spanish speaking is a plus
