• Install and replace residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
• Plan and perform installations that meet local code requirements and ensure each job passes final mechanical inspection on the first try.
• Communicate with customers on site, providing an outstanding install experience.
• Ensure jobs are properly staged, completed, and signed off on installation checklists.
• Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
• Work independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve field problems.
• Demonstrate honesty, dependability, high integrity, and a professional company image.
• Organize and categorize inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
• Explain maintenance contract benefits to existing customers and perform preventive maintenance to protect investments.

• 3 to 5 years or more of HVAC installation experience.
• Current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pass drug test and background check.

• Own tools.
• Experience running service and maintenance calls.
• Registered NATE Certified.
• EPA Certification.

Installers receive a base salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, up to $35+ per hour, with performance‑based incentives. Applicants are paid appropriately for all skill levels.
