Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Technician

Travel: Up to 90%

We’re looking for a skilled, hands‑on professional with strong mechanical aptitude to build, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise across multiple trades — including machine repair, pipe fitting, sheet metal, millwright work, ironwork, and welding.

• Install, maintain, and repair pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, and couplings
• Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems
• Perform equipment alignments, balancing, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using ho complex with hoists, cranes, and dollies
• Assemble, align, and install equipment foundations and components
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance)

• Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
