A Gulfstream G650 mechanic (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs the airframe, engines, and integrated systems of G650 luxury business jets to ensure total flight safety and FAA compliance.

• Scheduled & Unscheduled Maintenance:
  Perform line and major airframe inspections, engine servicing, and mechanical component replacements.
• System Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose malfunctions across hydraulic, electrical, landing gear, flight control, and avionics systems using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Accurately sign off work orders, record actions in programs like Gulfstream CMP, and maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations and OEM specifications.
• Flight Crew Coordination:
  Communicate directly with pilots and operations teams regarding aircraft status, reported squawks, and turnaround schedules.
• Ground Support Operations:
  Safely operate specialized equipment such as tugs, hydraulic power carts, and scissor lifts.

• Certification:
  Valid and active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (typically without infractions).
• Experience:
  
  4 to 10+ years of corporate or large-cabin aviation maintenance experience, with proven hands-on work specific to Gulfstream heavy jets (G550/G650).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Deep familiarity with manufacturer maintenance manuals, troubleshooting schematics, and computerized tracking databases (CMP).
• Physical & Schedule Flexibility:
  Ability to work at heights with fall protection, lift heavy components, and adapt to variable shifts, weekends, or on-call flight schedules.
