• Perform scheduled pest control inspections, treatments, and prevention services at commercial properties
• Identify pest activity, entry points, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on customer needs and site conditions
• Apply pest control products and integrated pest management techniques in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and service results to customers in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate service records using company-provided technology
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while providing outstanding customer service
• Ensure company vehicle, equipment, and materials are maintained in a clean and professional condition
• Comply with all company safety policies and industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service and effective communication

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
