Maintenance Technician: On-Call & Refurb

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will handle preventative maintenance, assist with home refurbishments, and respond to service requests and inspections in coordination with residents.

The role requires reading water meters, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring safety standards, including OSHA guidelines. A valid in-state license and prior refurbishment experience are preferred.
