Commercial Roofing Service Helper

WxTite is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Roofing Service Helper to support Service Technicians with both on-site project work and administrative tasks. This dual-role position involves hands-on field assistance, office work, and direct client communication. You will gain exposure to basic roofing repair techniques and contribute to the success of our commercial roofing projects by helping ensure efficient operations and accurate documentation.

• Support Service Technicians with administrative and on-site duties for commercial roofing repair and maintenance projects

• Assist with repairs and maintenance on various commercial roofing systems

• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites

• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, safety equipment, and staging materials

• Assist with job site cleanup and proper disposal of materials

• Learn and assist with basic roofing repair techniques and material applications

• Assist with measurements and material calculations

• Consistently follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Communicate with clients and job site personnel about project needs and status updates

• Serve as a liaison between Service Manager and field teams

• Help the Service Manager with clerical and office tasks as needed

• Accurately document work performed and materials used using company software

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

• Capability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Dedication to following safety procedures

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Prior roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
