Python, React JS Developer with FAST API

Infosys is seeking a Python, React JS Developer with FAST API experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Dealer Digital systems / Automotive domain processes as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate will be able to lead requirements elicitation, create Application Architecture Document (AAD), create design artifacts, review team deliverables, deliver high quality codes, support deployment and post‑deployment activities, support transition activities, interface with internal team and key stakeholders, and analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and norms.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis/IN, Greensboro, Raleigh/NC, Phoenix/AZ, Richardson/TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Application development and support experience in using Python, react js, API’s, Azure SQL, design and development experience using object‑oriented design principles and software design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Experience in Python Web Application Development, API development, related services, and controllers.
• Expertise in database connectivity modules (preferably with FAST API, SQL Alchemy, or similar) and core Python skills.
• Understanding of Python fundamentals, proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of space‑time complexity, strong understanding of APIs, and fundamentals of Relational and No
  
  SQL databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing.
• Experience in React
  
  JS, React Query, NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML. Testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Material UI.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and writing cross‑browser‑compatible code.
• Experience with popular React
  
  JS workflows such as Redux or MobX.
• Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization.
• One needs to be technically proficient and responsible for quality related to the design, build and implementation of the product/service.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
