This assignment is anticipated to be a 10-month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Client cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions.
  • Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way.
  • Be result-oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
  • Participate in technical analysis and create specification documents.
  • Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents.
  • Track development progress and project deliverables.
  • Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also potential solutions.
  • Respect the Product Best Practices.
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of studies.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming languages such as C#.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems.
  • Recent (current or last project) solid and in‑depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects - Customer Service Module.
  • Ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - Customer Service Module.
  • Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful).
  • Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
  • Knowledge of the Dataverse.
  • Experience in Software Delivery.
  • Skills on Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have).
  • Autonomy in the application design.
  • Attitude to problem‑solving.
  • Dynamism and flexibility.
Additional Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops / Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
Primary Skills
  • 3+ years MS D365 CRM Development.
  • Recent Customer Service module experience (in current or last role).
