This assignment is anticipated to be a 10-month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Client cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions.
- Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way.
- Be result-oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
- Participate in technical analysis and create specification documents.
- Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents.
- Track development progress and project deliverables.
- Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also potential solutions.
- Respect the Product Best Practices.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of studies.
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming languages such as C#.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems.
- Recent (current or last project) solid and in‑depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects - Customer Service Module.
- Ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - Customer Service Module.
- Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful).
- Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Knowledge of the Dataverse.
- Experience in Software Delivery.
- Skills on Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have).
- Autonomy in the application design.
- Attitude to problem‑solving.
- Dynamism and flexibility.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops / Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
- 3+ years MS D365 CRM Development.
- Recent Customer Service module experience (in current or last role).
