Driver Helper

Overview

Driver Helper role at HF Foods Group Inc (NASDAQ: HFFG). HF Foods Group is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a leading marketer and distributor of fresh produce, frozen and dry food, and non-food products to primarily Asian/Chinese restaurants and other food service customers throughout the United States. The Driver Helper assists drivers who deliver goods to businesses and customers. As a driver helper, you will be responsible for all activities except the actual driving: loading and unloading items, contacting customers, collecting payments, keeping in touch with the dispatcher or manager, and completing delivery paperwork.

• Loading and unloading company products
• Assisting drivers to find delivery locations
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports
• Reporting all delivery-related issues to the supervisor
• Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints
• Assisting with unloading products from the truck at each delivery location
• Obtaining clients and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgement of having received the delivered products
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Any other duties assigned by management

• Proven customer service experience is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Loading/unloading experience is preferred

• High school or GED equivalent
