Republic Services is seeking a Driver Trainee in Greensboro, NC. You will be trained to obtain a CDL and then advance to a Driver role across residential, commercial, industrial, or roll-off lines. The program includes classroom study, on-road training, and access to a loaner truck.
Upon CDL completion, you will complete a 12-month employment period and begin operating a heavy truck on assigned routes, with ongoing safety inspections and performance expectations.
