$35.00/hr – $37.00/hr

Nights – 6:00 pm to 6:30 am (2‑2‑3 rotation)

Join our dynamic manufacturing facility as an Industrial Maintenance Technician working the 12‑hour night shift! This energetic role keeps production lines running smoothly by performing proactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex machinery, and implementing innovative solutions. You are vital to a team focused on safety, continuous improvement, and excellence.

• Troubleshoot and implement corrective repairs on all manufacturing and support equipment in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
• Complete scheduled repairs and improvement projects directed by leadership.
• Train production employees and technicians on proper equipment operation and care.
• Complete all required training classes and on‑the‑job training.
• Assist with installation verpakking and relocation of equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and install fixtures, guards, and related items as needed.
• Operate tool‑room equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Support 5‑S, safety, and other company programs.

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance.
• Four years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience.
• Department of Labor journeyman card.

• Advanced training in hydraulics, PLC, industrial power, and machining.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and data‑entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.

• Primarily on the manufacturing floor.
• Exposure to high temperatures (up to 115 °F), loud noises, and dirty conditions for long periods.

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Operate aerial lifts up to 45‑50 ft in the air.
• Work in compromised positions (under,ofilinside, above equipment).
• Hold and operate power tools in normal and awkward positions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; lift at least 50 lbs for short periods.
• Climb stairs and work off a ladder.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes, etc.

• Full‑time: 12‑hour schedule; 36‑48 rotating weeks.
• Must work overtime, holidays, and as required by the company.
