Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist in Greensburg, IN. You will lead the plant Quality Management System (QMS), direct the division calibration program, and govern quality records to maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the division calibration program, managing calibration vendors, standards, and equipment accuracy.
- Direct internal and external ISO 9001 quality audits, coordinating findings, closures, and auditor training.
- Own corrective action management within electronic quality systems, verifying root cause effectiveness.
- Govern division and department quality records management in compliance with corporate retention policies.
- Serve as plant Subject Matter Expert on QMS procedures, risk-based decision-making, and PDCA cycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience (0-6 years experience based on education).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Demonstrated application of PDCA methodology, risk assessment, and calibration systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong consensus‑building, conflict resolution, and stakeholder leadership abilities.
