Purchase Order Coordinator

We are seeking a Purchase Order Coordinator in Greensburg, PA The Purchase Order Coordinator will process, confirm, and verify unit, enclosure, integration, and parts purchase orders and enter into the order processing system for final processing and scheduling. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Carefully review purchase orders for accuracy
-Confirm quote, purchase order, and processing system are accurate.

-Verify customer information is exact and correct
-Collaborate with the accounting department to validate customer accounts.

-Obtain tax and shipping information from customers.

-Collaborate with the shipping department on purchase order/shipping updates.

-Enter 'Special Stock' orders.

-Review blanket purchase orders for processing.

-Enter purchase orders into order processing software.

-Process order cancellations.

-Coordinate with customer on any order changes.

-Work with the sales team to complete any purchase order corrections or changes. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent customer service skills.

-Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

-Communicates clearly, effectively, and professionally.

-Manages time effectively and efficiently.
