Seeking experienced field service tech with track record installing, retrofitting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and programming automated production lines to assume inhouse telephone based technical advisor and coordinator position.

Activities:

• Maintain telephone based relationship with installed customer base to solve maintenance and setup issues.
• Handle incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications, upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc.
• Coordinate a team of field service technicians and schedule retrofit, repair, modification, upgrade, and maintenance activities for automated industrial production lines.
• Develop and manage long-term equipment service and customer engagement programs to increase warranty attachment rates and service contract sales.
• Assign field technicians, third party contractors, and other manpower resources to projects based on urgency and difficulty. Requirements:
• Experience as a field service engineer or maintenance mechanic maintaining automated consumer product packaging machinery.
