Travel Nurse Source is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, 15601!
Job TitleRegistered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and census demands
- Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
- Participate in every-other-holiday scheduling as required
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at submission
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (non-local travelers only)
- Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
- Former permanent employees of the facility are not eligible to apply as travel nurses
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
- Prior telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience in a travel or acute care setting
- Opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic telemetry unit with a structured onboarding process
- Travel pairs may be considered based on facility availability
