Individual will perform machine setup and operate machines as needed. Machine parts per print for customer orders at various workstations throughout the ABM Department. Complies with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping.

• Responsible for performing setup on ABM machines including tooling changes and adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
• Responsible for operation of ABM machines including loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.
• Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and complete maintenance activities as needed.
• Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of ABM machines.
• Track components and tools used on ABM machines, e.g., hydraulic fittings/hoses, motors, drill heads, hydraulic cylinders, saw blades, drills, taps, etc.
• Assist with the scheduling of machines by coordinating with planning/scheduling of production orders.
• Assist with training additional set‑up personnel.
• Operate machinery per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and inspection charts.

• Mechanically inclined – good with tools and machinery; able to adapt quickly to fixing things both familiar and unfamiliar.
• Mathematical Skills – ability to perform standard mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability – define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Computer Skills – proficiency needed to perform job tasks.
