The Inside Commercial Sales person will sell products and services offered by MARVIN’S to current and new clientele. This position is responsible for creating positive customer relationships.

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Create materials list/estimates.
• Communicates with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; suggests suitable products and services.
• Demonstrates product or service functions based on customer needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication; resolves post-sale issues.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and services.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Responsible for being in the store 4.5 days a week with half a day visiting job sites.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• Building construction and product knowledge experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Create material estimates.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position. Successful sales associates may be considered for other opportunities, but no career progression is guaranteed. The description does not cover all duties that may be required.
