About the Company

Carolina Quick Care is North Carolina’s fastest‑growing urgent‑care brand. With more than 20 clinics across the state and part of a network of 40+ urgent care clinics across multiple states, we’re seeking motivated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who thrive in independent practice and want to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care
  • Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education
  • Document encounters accurately in the EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction
Schedule and Compensation
  • Full‑time (3 x 12‑hour shifts per week)
  • No on‑call requirements
  • Hourly pay: $55–$75/hour (≈ $103K–$140K/year), depending on experience and clinic location
  • Productivity, signing, and relocation bonuses for select clinics

  • PTO, paid holidays, continuing education allowance, and paid licensure/DEA renewal
Qualifications
  • Licensed FNP‑C or PA‑C in North Carolina
  • Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
  • 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • DOT certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
  • Required:

    Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
