Surgery Nurse Manager
Delta Health System seeks a Surgery Nurse Manager to oversee the overall direction, management, and performance of Surgical Services, including Ambulatory Care, GI Lab, Surgery, and Anesthesia Technician.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership to Surgical Services staff.
- Consult with staff, Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and the Director of Nursing on nursing issues to consistently strive to exceed standards of patient care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a baccalaureate degree, or current enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
- Current Mississippi Registered Nurse Licensure.
- 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of medical‑surgical nursing and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- At least 5 years of nursing and surgical experience, including a minimum of three years in a leadership position.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
