This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area for a Quality Assurance Manager. The individual in this role will lead quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing data to evaluate quality performance, and leading process improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training, and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance standards, including TS16949 & ISO
9001. - Proficiency in conducting quality audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other similar approaches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Experience leading and training teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
