What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist visitors at the International House
- Provide support for international student programs and study abroad initiatives
- Assist with office tasks such as copying, inventory, and data entry (Excel)
- Collaborate with staff using Microsoft Teams and Canva
- Help set up, staff, and support departmental events
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Experience working in a professional, student-focused office
- Skills in customer service, communication, event support, and office administration
- Opportunities to engage with international education initiatives on campus
- Punctuality, dependability, and reliability
- Professional office etiquette and discretion
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Canva
