Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $57,000.00/yr
Foster Care Supervisor Location:
Hybrid role covering Central and Eastern NC (in and around Wake County and Pitt County) Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required Minimum of $55,000, based on experience and education

Our Foster Care Supervisor plays a key leadership role, guiding a team of specialists and supporting foster families to ensure every child receives high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Supervise Foster Care Specialists working with children and families in Wake and surrounding counties.
- Oversee daily operations of Foster Care and Therapeutic Foster Care programs.
- Ensure compliance with NC foster care licensing laws and agency policies.
- Provide clinical consultation and ensure quality of treatment planning.
- Serve as point of contact for DSS and other partner agencies.
- Be available for 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
- Monitor program budgets and contribute to strategic planning.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for children entering care.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- 3+ years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or mental health
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to manage occasional high-stress situations
