The Project Superintendent oversees general construction operations of ground-up projects valued at $15M to $50M+.
The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial construction, leading projects from ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and officials
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
- Manage work to conform to contract documents
- Delegate tasks to field staff
- Investigate and resolve field issues
- Complete job and progress reports
- Ensure safety, profitability, schedule, and quality
- Develop schedules and recovery strategies
- Communicate progress to Project Manager
- Maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Skilled in Procore and/or other construction software, and Microsoft Office
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
- Quality Assurance
- Construction
