Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Branch Customer Service Representative – Greenville, NC at AAA‑The Auto Club Group.
Full‑time, hourly position.
Job OverviewProvide sales and support services to members, greet customers, process transactions, handle inquiries, promote products and services, and contribute to office events that enhance member awareness and revenue.
Responsibilities- Greet and service members, including selling membership, travel and banking products.
- Generate leads, update members on special offers, and provide travel information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate.
- Perform cashiering services: take and process payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and other products; balance cash drawer.
- Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management in complaint resolution when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to travel/insurance sales staff during peak periods.
- Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 – $21.50, plus incentives and annual bonus potential.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to take personal responsibility for problem resolution.
- Multi‑tasking and prioritization skills to meet office customer service goals.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Basic mathematical calculations for accurate monetary transactions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends (may include community events).
This is an in‑office position. Employees service ACG members in‑person at an ACG branch facility.
