Location: 1 hour and 20 minutes east of Raleigh, NC

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our established healthcare team located conveniently 1 hour and 20 minutes east of Raleigh, NC. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional eye care services to a diverse patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat various ocular conditions, diseases, and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures including cataract surgery, LASIK, and other specialized interventions as needed.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as appropriate.
• Educate patients on eye health, conditions, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency training in Ophthalmology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Valid state medical license (or eligibility) to practice in North Carolina.
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
