Position Title: Federal Work Study (On-Campus) / Photography Lab Assistants
Department: Advertising Department, School of Art, School of Art & Design
Term & Year: Fall 2025 / Spring 2026
Responsibilities- Maintain the Photography lab and studio spaces, ensuring readiness for students.
- Monitor labs and supervise student use of tools and equipment to ensure safety.
- Keep lab/studio spaces (darkroom, alternate process, film processing, digital lab, finishing room, and lighting studio) clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Re‑fill chemicals, change inks, and organize supplies as needed.
- Assist with equipment in the lighting studio, including check out and check in.
- Assist students with printing, framing, and other tasks as appropriate.
- Report any issues or necessary repairs.
- Photography students are preferred; other students will receive training.
- Applicants must be in good academic standing.
Hours and times will be determined by professor and student; weekend and evening hours are required.
Hourly rate: $10.
