This is a Part-time (up To Four Hours Per Week) Contract Position To Provide Homebound Instruction As Guaranteed By a Student's Medical 504 Plan. The Homebound Instructor Will serve as liaison between the student/parent and school instructional and administrative personnel (including serving as a member of the student 504 plan meetings). The instructor will support the student with completing and submitting assignments provided by instructional staff at the student's school, modify student assignments as outlined through the student medical 504 plan, plan and provide instructional activities for the child through homebound instructional service delivery, and keep documentation of all duties related to the contract (parent communication, instructional activities provided, timesheet, mileage).
