Cardiovascular Technologist III – ECU Health

$7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for eligible candidates.

The Cardiovascular Technologist III assists with the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge.

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (RT‑R).
• An additional year in special imaging (invasive) is preferred for RT‑R graduates.
• ARRT certification is required OR Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology.
• 5 years of experience as a technician in a Radiology area (i.e., Cath Lab, EP Lab, Vascular, etc.) is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.

  • Monday – Friday, 8‑hour shifts
• On Call:
  Yes
  • Minimum one night per week (Monday – Friday)
• Weekends:
  Yes
  • Minimum one weekend (Saturday – Sunday) per 6‑week schedule
• IMPORTANT:
  This position is listed as a Cardiovascular Technologist III, but based on the minimum requirements that are met, the candidate of choice will be hired as a Cardiovascular Technologist I, II, III or IV.
