  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Balance of empathy, accountability, and sound judgment.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset – comfortable with HR systems and technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or advanced degree preferred.
